How we count
- We count people who have an account and can sign in to the app. Roster entries without an account and device accounts (board, vehicle, trigger) take no place in the plan.
- Prices are annual and gross. The invoice is issued to the organisation (name, address, tax number), payment by bank transfer.
- A change of plan during a billing period is settled in proportion to the remaining time.
- Paid services are offered to organisations, not to consumers.
